It made sense, without the painting. I was just thinking.. Black clothing.. (black.. shadows, night, dark, disappear.. All those words sort of go together.)

And implying that the leg was the last to be lost from sight, just kind of led me to think he'd gone head first.. Like falling so fast that you can't possibly land on your feet.

I live for reading into the little details of life.. So while I didn't associate the leg part, with Icarus, I could make it work, anyway.

Still.. Nice painting. :P And, I still love the drabble.
