I went to Scott Mechlowicz's IMDb and whoah! I think he wins. I haven't seen him in action, but, from the stills? win.

James Franco, not so much. Josh Hartnett could pull it off but he's not quite it -- a little too cute imo. Ioan, though I love him, would never work. Jeremy Sumpter also not so much. I could maybe see him as a nowadays Tim, but not Terry.

Gregory Smith... the nose dude? I could actually really see that. really, really see that. wow.

Garrett Hedlund I could also see, yeah, but...

thinking it's a tie between Mr. Nose and the New Kid. also I need to see Spiderman 2.

Yeah. I like Scott Mechlowitz the best. And I've only seen him at the end of Eurotrip.

Spiderman 2 wasn't nearly as good as the first. Too damn depressing.. and this from a person who thrives on angst.
