Ginger?

*nod* I usually rely on ginger quite a bit. it's not helping today, though.

If you have any regular Coca-Cola, not caffeine free and not diet, but regular, classic works best. Put some in a small sauce pan and heat it up. Then try taking it one teaspoon at a time, resting in between. If that stays down, alternate the teaspoon of coke with a bite of saltine cracker.

Hope you feel better *hug*

*snuggles* My sister used to have these AWFUL stomach aches and she would take these chewable papaya pills that my mom got from GNC. I don't know if they'd be any good for actual vomit, but they always worked well for her and since they were literally just ground up papaya in pill form, healthy too! *g*

hmm. that sounds interesting. it's mostly a hideous stomach ache and dry heaving (still going strong, too, thanks body), and while it's not something I get all that often it certainly isn't the first time. I might have to try these papaya pills of which you speak. thank you!

This may or may not help, but I start throwing up/get extremely nauseous when I don't sleep enough. Maybe a nap?
