hmm... ok.

well it's pretty simple. George = boy I'm dating. the Pirate = gambling_pirate, my cross-country girlfriend of over a year (as of Oct. 23). the Parents = the fact that my parents are not/have never been ... all that awesome. the bare facts make it sound worse than it was/is, though, so I keep my mouth shut about it as a general rule.

so, as one friend put it, "good way to find out if he'll stick around". *snort*

Well now I feel stupid for not knowing that already. *le sigh* I fail at knowing stuff today.

Ah well, keep us posted on how it's all working out. I know what it's like to have parents=the suck. I'm not telling mine jack until I'm out of college. I enjoy having my tuition paid. >_< but such is life.
