*sigh*

I write this to you all from a wobbly table in a Comfort Inn just outside of Indianapolis, IN. Pidge is laying on one of the beds and watching... the TVGuide channel. And whatever incredibly dumb thing is on the tv. ...I'm getting bugged to pack up and start out again-- we finish the drive to my aunt's house in Ohio today. And if Pidge says ONE MORE WORD to me about the tv, I swear I will hit him. Heck, I think I might hit him anyway.

(Yes, -M is in a bad mood. It does happen. I think it's because it's early in the morning and I haven't talked to a certain someone for way too long and won't be able to for several-to-many hours.)

I did, however, read a fab new piece by the wonderful captain_molly, and also the next bit of tiggothy's story, and I've got some more reading to save to MSWord and tackle in the car...

elessil, I've been working on your icon, but it doesn't like me. The only laughing JackDav pic I could find was crap quality. I think I'll see if I can screencap Coupling and get one that way.

Love y'all, but I've got to run. I'll try to keep caught up, and keep ficcing/iconning in my free time!

And lemme just say, I think coincidences can be freaky:

I rented that "Day After Tomorrow" movie and what happens? I'm watching at it gets to the point when all the weather's going freaky and suddenly I hear this humongous! roll of thunder. Then a loud crash. And no, it's not the TV. It's outside in my front yard!! GAH!! Then my sis decides to watch, and just when they get to the part about things freezing over, losing power, etc. phfft! The power goes out! So we're just about ready to scream. Not to mention that tsunami over in SE Asia being a little to similar to the one in the movie. So...no more movie for me! No siree!

Oopsy, sorry, didn't mean to drop all that in one comment. Hope I catch you later on Y! or something. And enjoy as much of the ride to Ohio as possible!

Fun things to do in Indy:
1. Go skating at Pan-Am Plaza
2. Go to the Children's Museum
3. Do ANYTHING besides just watching the TV Guide Channel.

...The TV Guide Channel? Geez. When we went to Indy we at least watched Street Smarts. And Conan.

Oh hey, we got an incredibly funny MST3K dvd. Gonna have to show that to you.
