U.S. History exam in 5. I refuse to discuss anything after WWII, because history ceases to make sense past that point for me.

Everyone who commented with writey ideas yesterday, thank you and I'll try to get to them; good to have something to do. What wound up hitting me last night (aside from my parents) was PtT 25. So we're good.

Because I knew you...

So, here's the deal.

We're working on PtT 25, and I suddenly realize, on a reread, that James is being a precocious so-not-fourteen-year-old git and trying to be all stiff-spined and stony. Is this in fact the same boy that ran away in PtT 19? Well he claims it's got something to do with the French kid. I want to justify it that way (partly because I really like a good portion of what I've got written so far, and am leery of a rewrite), really I do, but I'm not sure if it works.

Someone want to, ah, look it over? Weighs in at about 500 words, with your choice of AIM, e-mail, or a combination of the two.

John and I are doing hoopskirt-work from 1:35 until whenever that gets settled, but other than that I'm SO FREE. Until 3:15, when I go home and have no internet, for reasons that I'll not gripe about here.

But the best thing about her? She knew exactly why I did. So we proceeded to collpase laughing and squawking.

Apparently she and her sibs do it to eachother all the time.
(Which reminds me, it's the powdermonkey's birthday today. How old, seven?)
