oh my god it's a friends cut post

I just wrote a long thing, and then I deleted it. mostly because it DIDN'T MAKE ANY SENSE. uh.

so here I'm trying again -- open letter. okay.


Dear Everyone I Just Now Very Reluctantly Removed From My Friends List,

fear not. I still love you. (no, seriously, this is ME, and I MEAN THAT when I say it.) I still want to read your posts at some time in the future. if you choose to keep me friended, I will most definitely swing by your journal and say "hi" some time when school is not eating me, because really. I love you. I haven't stopped trusting you with my contact information, my downloads, or my picspams. you are still welcome -- more than welcome, invited even, definitely -- to drop me a comment to tell me something cool in your life, or something sucky, or something shiny that you just found or pretty much anything. it's just -- I just can't do every post that you're writing justice, can't comment, can't read them, I mean, like, I'm scrolling past entire posts, strings of posts, and that's just not cool for me. I don't like doing that.

but I do still love you. ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥

oh, and if you go "thank god, finally, she's cutting me loose," and de-friend me? that's totally okay. I can't say that I won't be a little sad, because I love you, but -- unrequited love is messy business. so enjoy your freedom. go forth and be a happy little fan without my blather. or whatever it is you do.

Fret thee not my darling ^^. LJ filters tend to break everything ever so I totally sympathise, especially with the getting eaten by school/uni/work thing. Only way I ever keep up with anyone (in the weeks when I do) is by spending around three-four hours a week on LJ XD, so.

Anyway, ILU2, and hope everything keeps on going okay for you. I'm keeping you friended so if anything awesome/outrageous turns up in one of your posts (or in mine :O) I can keep thee informed.

I've only got half as many (if that) community/peep updates to go through on my f-list, and I haven't been able to go through them all. I'm lucky if once a week I can sit down and plow through a few hundred posts... Looking for words that pop out and tell me 'this is important' and I ought to read it.

So I know how you feel, luv. Despite my inability to read every post on my flist, I have a habit of posting when I've nothing to say. So if you feel the need to cut me, I'll be sad, but I'll understand. Feel free, also, to ignore my posts. If there's something I MUST tell you, I'll send you an email or something. ~_^
