Happiness is:

-A great huge window that faces the sunrise over the four ponds and surrounding beauty that is your adopted backyard

-Doing your own grocery shopping, therefore having a bottle of the right kind of orange juice in the fridge

-Not wearing shoes, but actually knowing where they are for when you'll need them.


Oh, drat, I've lost my pancake.


Before I go off searching, kyleri has written a great PotC drabble-and-a-half, one that tells the story of a man that -- well, excuse me while I quote Nelson here, because, really, who wouldn't? "England expects that every man will do his duty."


All right, now I look for the pancake.
