I've been arguing with a friend about that picture for months, now! Thank god I'm not alone when I say that. is. not. Gillette.
Personally, I think it's three different men.. Or at least actors. The man in the beginning scene pic does look younger, but I doubt they'd have gone through the trouble of aging someone who couldn't even be considered a secondary character.
And if they had, wouldn't he have achieved even a smidgeon of brocade in 8 years?
