themeletorSo, today at The Keep I met Chris and ... other guys (the lunch group teehee), and George (His Name Is George) took a break from his Online RPG Thingummie to get me the Batman comics he pulled from the 25c bin for me. And then intorduced me to, as I've said, Chris (his boss) and ... 2 other guys, all of whom were eating chinese and pretending not to feed bits to the dog. We yammered about Miller, and the diminishing coolness of "The Dark Knight Strikes Again," and I'm really not that confident so I kinda looked strangled and terrified and glowingly enthusiastic, and nodded a lot...
I need to not act like a middle-schooler with a crush, esp. when there is no crush involved.
Anyway, so for $4.50 I got

Batman Detective Comics #781, 2, 3
Batman #613, 4, 5 (I have those in .pdf, along with most of Hush, but NGAH LEE LOVE and having them on paper is happiness.)
