...omg. in case anyone claims I don't have ADD? I'm currently listening to Alanis Morissette "I Was Hoping" on loop in Winamp, at the same time as the Batman Begins pirated .mpg in Windows Media Player, so that I can focus enough to write.

I highly recommend it. along with turning off the audio of any video/dvd you know real well and just playing whatever playlist you've got at the moment.
