V for Vendetta made me cry like a tiny little stupid thing.

but outside of those 10 minutes, it was A MILLION LAYERS OF FUCKING AWESOME (actually those 10 minutes were also fucking awesome, for all that they made my mascara run). Hugo Weaving = teh sex. Stephen Rea = teh ADORABLE, and watching him get pissed off and swear and stomp was IMPRESSIVE. Stephen Fry is GOD, but we knew that already. and Ben Miles disarming a bomb? the most fun you can have without illegal drugs.

the end sequence sent chills down my spine.
I need that soundtrack.
almost as much as we need to have a revolution like that.
Natalie Portman actually can act, again proving that I have no idea what the fuck happened with Star Wars blablabla THREE. because whatever that was, it was not acting.
you know when there's that shot of Finch waking up to the telephone? yeah Kitten was under the covers right next to him, just blocked from view.

also, you know who else is adorable? V. he is. old movie fanboy. WE LOVE YOU V!
