Jan. 3rd, 2005 09:01 pmWell, I was going to start the process of posting PtT 21, but my Elizabeta had to run, so instead I'm going to write a journal entry.
Well okay. To catch up with the rest of the world, here's a list of the most important things I got for Christmas.
1- Soundtrack to The Lion King, Broadway production. I've had "Morning Report" stuck in my head almost constantly since then. It's very G+S.
2- A blue sweater, one of those types that are unnaturally soft. It fits me, but strangely, and the neck is wide even for a boatneck cut, and it tends to quite simply fall off of me altogether.
3- A lot of tea. All herbal, none black. Is a setback; prefer black tea. At least still have loose-leaf tea from Missa.
4- A mug. Says, "My 'Where the Hell Did I Put it This Time?' Mug". Is ugly. Like my imported tea mug from Target better.
5- Long John Silver dvd. 3 episodes. Dangerously cheesy. And makes me see Sparrington. Oh, and the governor's daughter's name is Elizabeth.
6- Nelson's Navy, about which I am actually much more excited than I let on. It's only the single thing I've been wanting more than anything sice the moment I set eyes on it... the definitive work on, well, Nelson's Navy. Mmm, research.
Also, in Ohio, I wrote a poem. With magnets. On the wall.
( 1 minute 23 seconds, approximately )
And I've been doing a lot of thinking. In the interest of being cryptic, I'll just repeat that angstily and stroll away. A lot. Of thinking.
Y'all,
