try to see it my way/ do I have to keep on talking till I can't go on

I am getting to a normal sleep schedule. made myself stay up until 7ish-8ish P.M. and woke up naturally at 5ish A.M. --see, the night before, I didn't sleep, having slept from 4 to 11 P.M.. I am going to get there. I mean it.
