yesterday I paid five little girls at a cardboard box in their front lawn five dollars ($1 each) for a twenty-five cent cup of lemonade, with the five dollar bill someone had left me as a tip. and you know what? it was the best lemonade EVER -- karma-licious.
today, on the other hand, I made two little boys giggle (and their parents bust up laughing) when I got particularly fed up with a stain on the counter and shouted, "OUT, DAMNED SPOT!" I suppose it was only a matter of time, really, considering the fact that I sing Purcell and recite Chaucer while making beds.
[ETA: I've changed the comment link text on my layout to better reflect my current employment. I find it amusing; you may not. I do not care, as it is my journal and not yours.]
