as of last night, our teensy little 18-person call center in Pewaukee has raised over 1.5 MILLION DOLLARS for the Midwest Division of the American Cancer Society. and I am glowingly proud to say a) I love my team and my job, and b) roughly $10-20K of that, at least, is me.

because cancer is a bitch, you guys.

but together, we can kick its ass.

I lost two grandparents and my mother's best friend to cancer, as well -- it's a cruel, indiscriminate disease. but we're making huge strides against it, in support, treatment, prevention, and research. it's exciting, in a way. and I'm proud to be a part of it.
