So my term paper is an analysis of the naval forces in that silly American Revolution, Revolutionary War, American War for Independence, etc. etc... hereafter and herein known as AmRevWar. What I've found is Ships of the Old Navy, a nice list of the whats, whos, whens, and wheres, shipwise, of the Royal Navy. What I don't have is a list of the whos, the ships, the ones out and about specifically during AmRevWar. I have enough wordiness, enough articles and whatnot and whatnot... what I need now is a down-and-dirty list. Facts and numbers, straight to the point. There's got to be one out there. But where? Anyone?

P.S. I did find this but the site's acting up and it's a lot of words and I'll read it later, skim for facts, but what I really need that this is not is a list, just a list.

Damn the thing that it won't let me edit the post above!

Anyhow, just found another site "Royal Navy Ship List 1794" um.. yeah, it says 1794, but most of them are later... No mention of where they were stationed though, so I'll keep looking ;-) (nice little challenge ye've set me here, cheers m'dears :-)

Bah! *gives up* Sorry hun, my brain just ain't working enough to get the right search terms, and I gotta run to the shop before it closes (else I'll be without tea :-o)
