Well anyone who thinks abstinace is a good way to combat AIDS, wants to ban gays from marriage, thinks priests should be celibate and male, doesn't advocate condoms or the Pill...Is /extremely/ conservative, with an capital E.

Date: 2005-04-19 02:52 pm (UTC)I don't support the pill, or condoms simply as forms of contraception, but I do disagree with the "this person has AIDS; let's punish him/her!" idea.
The RC Church is really not in need of an extention of its conservative aura...
And yet, I can't honestly say I'm surprised.
