A day of pretty, yes.

Work called again today to say they didn't need me. *eyebrow...*

So I spent most of the time catching up on sleep to facilitate keeping my shit together for Six Flags and Rainforest Cafe tomorrow (if Da decides he likes me, there will be pictures, by the way).

But in various moments of not sleeping, I
a) got a granola bar,
b) ran the latest chunk of Straw Men past my gorgeous batchicks,
c) killed a spider,
d) went to the bank to get some emergency cash for tomorrow,
e) found both Bon Voyage and Velvet Goldmine in the $5 two-fer at Hollywood Video and bought them,
f) watched Velvet Goldmine (FINALLY, and, there is so much pretty that it broke my brain and I couldn't fully appreciate the mindfuckie, so I'll have to watch again later),
g) made a small amount of pretty, as facilitated by fallencadence.

Really, I need to put some clothes in the wash and then hit the sack for tomorrow. Or, hit shower, and then sack.

Hit the shower? *imagines the *splosh*splosh* noise that would make* Hang on, was that one of your crack-fics, or someone else's? Or did I completely imagine the whole thing?

Arrgghhh! now I'm all confused and I won't have internet for 4 days!
