Ok so I just wanted to whine.

About my layout.

...it's a big step in my life, okay?
(mel, thing is, YOU HAVE NO LIFE.) well, yeah.

so since changing my link texts, I have gotten lost in this journal... at least twice. and by 'lost' I mean "help, how did I get to my info page/friends page/archive page!??!" it's pretty sad, guys.

also, after spending several hours since I started planning this layout on finding the fonts and creating the brushes for my header image, I am currently reconsidering the use of said brushes. partly because I'm a lazy ass who doesn't want to fidget one layer at a time with the damned things. partly because my eyes are going to explode through the back of my skull, any minute now.

so if you see some random header going up that looks unfinished...
it's probably unfinished.

really? I still kinda don't. but I'm getting better.

I really do like them, though. I should come up with something for "memories" but can't think of anything good enough yet, so I'll leave it.

why, it's simple.

because the Joker is a sexy, creepy bastard. especially glam!Joker.

it started as me wanting to make a layout off TKJ, because I have MAJOR lust for the coloring job. but then, I couldn't get it to not be an eyesore... I'll try it some other time. I had, however, come up with all these great catchphrases -- 'Die Laughing' as a version title, "# punchlines" and "That's not funny" ... and um. That's what I do at work, okay? anyway, I thought it was just too cute, and also decided glam!Joker was v. v. hawt.

so... the mini-saga of the Layout. *nod*

now I just need a "Joker is a crazy shit" icon to match the layout... because I love Suck Limes and want to keep it as my default because it is *me*, but, it doesna match the layout. I might come up with a semi-hacked compromise that allows me to keep Limes as my default... but I usually wind up consciously selecting it when I do use it, anyway.
