in the intervening time, please be aware that my cellphone is pretty broken. while I try to fix that, uh, you won't be able to reach me via text (or, obviously, via voicephone). hopefully I'll at least have an interim situation by Tuesday (the earliest opportunity I'll have to go to the US Cellular store).

part the first: Believers Never Die was indeed DOWNRIGHT MOTHERFUCKING AWESOME. some delightful take-no-prisoners pushing and crushing and moments of epic crowd-wide passion. god I love this shit. also got to share it (and the same half-dozen or fewer cubic feet of space) with the amazing girl and, when we could keep her with us, fabulous fairestcat, plus also a friend of the girl's (who is quite awesome in her very own right). happy, happy, happy mel. (ps HOW AM I SO FUCKING LUCKY?!)

then worked a double at the restaurant today. ow?

part the second: for those of you who haven't already seen this info on facebook, my poor little phone was a casualty of the crowd last night. while it's out to be fixed I have a loaner phone, but said phone has no contacts in it. so feel free to text me, but please let me know who you are when you do.
