Ok, seriously, 'The Body in the Library'? Best Miss Marple EVAR.

And safely taped for those of you who wanted it.


Includes Jack Davenport looking:

snarky in a dress shirt
crabby in a suit
dorky in a travelling coat
bratty in a hat with his hands in his pockets
snarky (again) when faced with a stutterer
clever but entirely dorky by the sea
and thoughtful at his desk.


He also:

gives a kid a nasty look
knows entirely too much about stockings
asks (of women's beauty products), "Do they really use all this lot?"
gets distracted by a nice piece of marshmallow-pink swimsuit
wears dorky sunglasses
and does something moderately heroic


And the ending made me: A) bounce around the room, B) love PBS and Miss Marple, C) wonder when PBS was going to explode.

Are PBS showing the other three? No more Jack, but they're good anyway.
